I live in the US ( Miami ) and they came in less than 2 weeks from Australia which I was very pleased about. When I opened the packaging I was very pleased with them, I only had 2 minor issues. One is the adjustment, it has an extra piece to be able to take off and make it smaller, however when I took it off it was too small for my wrist. This had me in a weird place between wearing it super loose or super tight that it left indents on my wrist. I took pliers and broke off a small square section from the additional piece and connected the 2 connectors together to give the bracelet a tiny bit more length which fix it. Second is the materials, don’t get me wrong the bracelet is super shiny and reflective which I love the stone part itself is very clear and uniform. However, I feel that the metal part that keeps the bracelet together feels not as sturdy as I would like. Besides those two small things this bracelet is amazing I would definitely recommend
