SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking is provided for all orders where available.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
However, we do not ship to countries or regions subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions, including but not limited to Belarus, Russia, Sudan, and Venezuela.
We operate in compliance with applicable Australian and international laws and reserve the right to cancel orders that violate export controls or sanctions regulations.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, weather conditions, peak periods, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. OTHERSIDE JEWELLERY PTY LTD is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
If an order has already been shipped, we cannot provide refunds for address errors. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to request redirection where possible.
Address Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. While we may attempt to assist, customers must contact the courier directly to request any delivery changes.
Missed Deliveries & Held Parcels
If delivery is missed, customers are responsible for arranging redelivery or collecting the parcel from the carrier or local depot. If a parcel is held by customs or the carrier, the customer must provide required information or payment to release the shipment.
Failure to collect or resolve delivery issues may result in the parcel being returned to sender.
Return to Sender (RTS) Shipments
If a parcel is returned to OTHERSIDE due to incorrect address, failure to collect, unpaid customs charges, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances outside our control, the order will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers may request reshipment by paying the applicable shipping costs. Where applicable, store credit may be issued minus original shipping costs, return fees, customs charges billed to us, and restocking fees, as outlined in our Return Policy.
No refund will be issued if the parcel is not returned to us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. OTHERSIDE JEWELLERY PTY LTD is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
However, we will assist customers in initiating an investigation with the carrier where possible. Assistance does not guarantee replacement or refund.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Australia
No import duties apply to orders delivered within Australia.
United States (Delivered Duty Paid — DDP)
Duties and import charges are prepaid by OTHERSIDE. Customers will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.
International Orders (Outside Australia & United States — DDU)
Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price.
Import Compliance & Refusal of Duties
Customers outside Australia are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all local laws and customs regulations.
Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes may result in the parcel being returned, abandoned, or destroyed. No refund will be issued in these cases.
Remote Area & Peak Period Delays
Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional transit time. Shipping delays may also occur during peak seasons, public holidays, carrier backlogs, or global supply chain disruptions.
Risk of Loss & Transfer of Responsibility
Risk of loss and title for goods transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
Reporting Delivery Issues
Customers must report missing or delivery issues within 14 days of the last tracking update. After this period, we may be unable to assist due to carrier investigation limitations.
Reshipping Fees
If reshipment is required due to customer error, missed delivery, unpaid duties, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
Future Free Shipping Promotions
If free shipping is offered in the future, the actual shipping cost incurred by OTHERSIDE may be deducted from refunds or store credits.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. Failure to report issues and provide documentation may result in denial of the claim. This requirement does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Proof of Delivery
Carrier tracking and proof of delivery may be used as evidence of successful fulfilment in payment disputes.
Carrier Investigations
Customers agree to cooperate with carrier investigations, including providing statements or documentation where required. Failure to cooperate may limit our ability to assist.
Force Majeure
OTHERSIDE JEWELLERY PTY LTD is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or global supply chain issues.
Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
